Orders
How can I purchase your products?
We offer our professional products and services exclusively to business-end users and contractors. To request a quote for your business, please fill-out a Quotation Request Form. If you would like to order products for re-sale, you may order from our retail product line by downloading our Reseller Catalog.
What is the minimum order requirement?
We require a minimum order of 20L of a single product for each transaction. For orders below the minimum, please refer to our Directory to find a reseller near you.
Can you guarantee my business a regular supply?
You can choose to buy with a single purchase transaction or enter a supply contract with us. With a contract, you can guarantee a reliable supply delivered to your business every month with shorter lead times, customization, product training, extended payment terms, and additional discounts.
Payments
What are your payment terms?
You may pay the full amount prior or upon delivery. If you choose to enter into a supply contract with us, you’re entitled to extended payment terms up to 30 days and claim a 3% rebates when you pay the full amount prior to delivery.
Please deposit your payments directly to our bank account. We do not accept payments through delivery personnel, agents, or employees.
Do you provide official receipts?
Yes, we issue Official Receipts. To request for your copy, please send an email to sales@katharoscleaning.com.
Do you give discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts depending on your order quantity. Save more by ordering under a supply contract. Please Request a Quote to find out more.
Shipping
How fast can you process my order?
You can expect for your orders to ship-out on an average of three to seven business days for standard products and ten to fifteen business days for custom orders. Expect shorter lead times with scheduled deliveries when you choose to enter into a supply contract with us.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all customers with a supply contract. For single purchase transactions, standard shipping rates apply:
Rizal: ₱240.00
NCR: ₱420.00
Cavite: ₱940.00
Laguna: ₱1160.00
You may also choose to handle shipping yourself and pick-up at the factory with any of your preferred delivery service providers. For provincial delivery, you may arrange delivery to any airline or harbor within NCR.

Are your products environmentally friendly?
We proudly manufacture formulas that have a low environmental impact. In our efforts to manufacture more responsibly, we use biodegradable surfactants, develop sulfate-free formulas, refillable packaging solutions and incentivize our customers for responsible disposal of their containers.
Can you customize a product?
Yes, you may request a custom product by submitting a Product Brief form.

How can I report a problem with your product?
We pride ourselves with the high level of quality which we manufacture our products. Our formulas are developed by a licensed chemist who ensures their consistency and that they meet industry standards. If you suspect that your product is faulty or tampered with, or if in any way, you find our products and services unsatisfactory, please share your experience with our team by sending a feedback form.
Please note that we can not be held liable for any damages caused by improper use, packing, storage and handling and reserve the right to refuse cancellation or issue refunds.
Can I cancel an order?
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of approving your quote and before making your payment. You may cancel your Supply Contract anytime with a cancellation fee. To cancel, please send us an email at sales@katharoscleaning.com.
